I saw this girl on a wheelchair on the train this evening. I wanted to go and tell her parents that she should wear shorts or jeans next time.. But I didn't know whether was a lady a more suitable person to tell them... :/ I should have just told them.. :6

well, maybe she had some other reasons for nt wearing jeans/shorts ? afterall, some things are nt often what it seems. :/
hmmm... when i said that she shd wear jeans or shorts.. it means that i could see...... :/ i caught a glimpse... so i really wanted to tell her parents but i felt awkward about telling..
