Different viewpoints + Different perception + expecting others to have the same perception or viewpoint + not letting others know what/how you think = misunderstanding
I don't like misunderstandings. And if there is any, i don't think anybody else could help, except for the people involved. Misunderstandings should be cleared up as soon as possible, as it's not very good to leave it unresolved, and the gap between the parties involved will be more difficult to fix. But, it's also better late than never. I think some people might have this misconception that if you leave the misunderstandings alone, it will clear up by itself... "misconception" is the keyword. Misunderstandings will not clear up by themselves...
