Thou shall not eat chilli tuna or spicy food on the day of ippt.





Good old memories are nice to think of... it makes you feel good. Do not get addicted to it though. Most probably, things are not the same now. If everything is still as good, be grateful for it. If it's not, just move on, so as to give yourself a chance to feel better.

Fear has always been a big factor in stopping most of us from doing what we want to do. What would you do if you do not fear? ... From a few books, their advice is to pretend that you do not, and just go ahead with your action, as though you do not fear. Those books say a lot of experts did it this way.... :/
