I felt like i just went to a buffet restaurant after eating the bread, chicken stew with rice :/

Currently, i'm reading this book"Be Genuine - Stop being nice, Start being real". And the first part was telling this thing that i'm always trying to practise.. And that is if we don't know what we really want for ourselves, how can we expect others to give it to us... So... we would have to know what we really want, instead of what we should want, so that we can get what we really need...
