Don't allow your bad mood to hurt yourself, and indirectly, other people. Like you, other people have feelings too. They, too, can and will be hurt... You can just accept it and let it go...Your anger/sadness/bad feelings will just go away like that... *poof*
It's all in the mind.. Just keep choosing to be free of that ugly anger... You can let the involved parties know by telling them calmly.. If the involved parties are the cause of the anger, try to get to the root of the problem. Is it worth losing relationships/friendships over the matter? ... It may be worth it.. but that's another story... :/

i never believe in throwing temper @ friends. In the end its myself who regretted on the action.
