Are soldiers today, considered a lot more pampered than those of yesterday? Life in the army is definitely a lot more easier. Treatment of the soldiers has changed as there's more attention on their safety and welfare. And more soldiers know how to make their lives more comfortable in the army. Some of them will bring bolsters, wet tissue, extra food, etc... I'm guilty of bringing a few such items :p I was just thinking, whether can we survive in a war where we don't have all these... :s
