Everyone sees everyone and everything in their own way. It is not important that they see things in your way. And you will not feel good if you were told to see it their way. You can have a lot of views and opinions from others and from yourself, but in the end... you choose which way to see or which ways to see. .... And it doesn't mean that you cannot accept how others see it. You might not approve of it, but you can still accept others for the way they see everything and everyone.
P.S. The majority way does not necessarily mean the right way and.... right is subjective.
