On one of the more beautiful mornings in hall...
My hall was decorated to suit the Halloween mood.
This actually allows the hall to have a purple glow as the lights are being switched on at night.
The white stuff hanging along the railings are cotton wool, which was supposed to be cobwebs. Guess the rain and wind just got to it.. :/
