I didn't know that ":o" is supposed to stand for a surprised look. I always use it when i wanna exclaim something. e.g. good morning :o
My friend mentioned that... Good looking people can more afford to be themselves... After thinking it through, I realized that i don't really agree with what she said. It all depends on whether the person has confidence in himself/herself. If he/she has low self confidence, he/she will not dare to be himself and will still try to be what everyone else wants him/her to be.

a lot of it is due to the factors around a person. words can kill. depending on how strong willed one is, his views of himself hence his confidence and self-esteem levels can change, no matter how very hard he tries to convince himself that he is goodlooking. The mind sees what it hears.

It all boings down to your personal perception of yourself, of everything else around you...
You choose how you feel..
observations are observations..
judgements are thoughts and feelings that are subjective...
If it is a fact, either go change it if it's within your power or just accept it..
If it is not true, you dun have to be bothered by it because it is not true... you could try to explain...
people make judgements based on what they have experienced... but everybody have different experiences, so...... It's alright for judgements to be made, as long as we/they know that it is not true unless confirmed..
