First time celebration of Guan Yin Dan with friends at a temple.. English version on that night.





First time at Fitness First Gym.. and I attended the Body Combat class.. Quite shiok until the next two days when i felt the aches... :8




Despite hearing good reviews from one or two friends, the service at PS nandos isn't that great. and the portions served are quite small.. And the food there is definitely not suitable for people who cannot take spicy food :o

home alone (with ma grandma) part 2

Yesterdy afternoon, I went to Sembawang Shopping Centre to buy this.

If you see carefully, you can see cheese stains on the plastic bag. It is because I was eating the cheese fries as I was walking home with the food... My hands were quite dirty by the time I reached home.. haha.


I think this is the first franchise in Singapore. The chicken chop costs around $4, and it comes in 3 or 4 different versions. There is the normal fried version, grilled with teriyaki sauce version and fried and grilled with teriyaki sauce version... With another $3 plus, you will be able to get fries (with either cheese, bacon bits with sour cream sauce, mayo, wasabi, etc...) and a drink :o

Am I really a 宅男? ... I realized that I have been keeping to myself for a very long time... I need and want a balance :o

home alone (with ma grandma)

It's my first day of the three, that I have to stay at home and accompany my grandma. Long story short, my maid went back to her country for a week, and there is no one else available to take care of my grandma.

Actually, I think that I would be able to live alone. Just used the washing machine to wash some clothes, hung some clothes, swept and mopped the floor. I just need to get down to finishing up the school work that was left over from last term... :/

I had to say, I really underestimated the kids. The trekking and caving was tougher than i expected. Some of them also behaved exceptionally well...

i think the next term will pass by as how fast this term did... Then it's the June holidays :o then.. reservist :o ... then two more weeks of teaching before I go to NIE (most probably)... can't wait to enjoy studying life again... :p

Take-home point for now... The expert way to feeling good, is not to have zero troubles. It is how you manage all your problems and still being able to feel good in the end.

I am not an expert... :/ can't handle my ah-ma problem... :/ You can teach a kid logic and common sense but for a senile person... He/She will start forgetting the things that he/she has learnt.... My ah-ma has been calling ah-di and ah-lan non stop for a few hours everyday, ever since last week... :sssss

anyway, "on a happier note", here are some photos that I've taken over the past weeks... If I am more knowledgeable in I.T., I want to do up a website like what the girl did in "I am Number 4".

I forgot when I took this and why.... but I look decent in this pic.... :p I'm getting tired of my face and furthermore, it has expanded quite a bit, due to the snacks that I have been getting for myself to eat during school hours, and those that were given to me by my colleagues a.k.a. friends :o

... I miss spending time with my friends... .. Nope, I mean I miss spending a lot of time with them, as how I had been doing in the past, before I started teaching, or rather, before I became a form teacher this year... :s Today is the sixth day that I went home between 2 to 3. For the rest of the days of this year, I have been going home at around 5 plus :s The administrative duties and the markings..... :/ But overall, I still like my job :) and it seems that I will be staying in this line as I didn't get through the SIA interviews a few weeks back. My initial intention was to fly for around two years, get more working and traveling experience, and come back to working as a teacher... *shrugs* I'm fine with what I have now.
